Hospice Care of the Low Country
Phi Hartman nominated the Hospice Care of the Lowcountry for consideration which is an independent, community-based, non-profit organization established to give comfort, honor and dignity for end of life patients and their families.
Full Spectrum Studio
Full Spectrum Studio is nominated for consideration by our group. Full Spectrum provides a studio and art Center for lowcountry artist with disabilities.
