You, as the member nominating the charity, will be presenting how the nonprofit will utilize our groups funds locally. It is a easy environment to share what you know about the group, how they can help the community and their financial status.
To be considered, the charity organization will need to be a current 501(c)3 and provide a EIN number for distribution. We will forward this information to all the members prior to the meeting. All the information is not required however it may be helpful for everyone to make their decision when voting. If a non profit is selected, they will not be eligible again for 18 months.
